I'm a Senior Product & Service Designer with 5 years of dedicated human-centred experience and a decade in the design industry. From financial services to scientific software all the way to augmented reality I have extensive experience designing meaningful solutions for a wide range of industries and international markets.

I'm based in Sydney, Australia and outside of work I love to do very ambitious cake baking marathons, read every Whodunnit ever written and beach walks with my furry buddy Archer.

I'm a Senior Product & Service Designer with 5 years of work experience in human-centered design and a decade in the design industry. Originally from Austria, having studied and worked many years in the UK, I'm now living in Sydney, Australia.

In my last role as a designer at a large international innovation consultancy, I worked for a wide range of clients from global corporations to smaller local businesses. The projects included long-term engagements spanning several years as well as shorter, weeks-long explorations and concept phases. My role involved collaborating closely with clients to bring new products to market and refine existing services. I also led internal initiatives, including overseeing the Service Design practice and enjoyed mentoring junior colleagues, providing guidance and support.

During this time I worked on a diverse range of technologies, including voice UI, augmented reality, and large enterprise systems. Additionally, I have particularly extensive experience working on projects within the financial services sector and I understand the unique user experience challenges specific to this industry.

From an early age, I knew I wanted to work in the digital realm, creating meaningful experiences for people. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Film and Media from the University of Vienna in 2011, followed by a Master's in Digital Film and TV Production from the University of York in 2015. Subsequently, I launched my career in post-production at advertising agencies in London, UK.

In 2017, I transitioned to Visual Design including my first experience with UI design, where I was designing digital assets for clients' online presences. This experience inspired me to dive deeper into human-centred design, leading me to shift focus to Product Design and Strategy in 2020.

In June 2024, I moved with my family to Australia, where I'm now looking for my next opportunity to create human-centred experiences that make a difference.
